We ordered some food to pick up for dinner last night and everyone in my family thought the pizza was good. We did two create your own parlor thin crust pizzas, one with just cheese and the other with lots of toppings (hot chicken, spinach, tomato, mushrooms, pepperoni). I thought the crust was delicious! I'm partial to a thinner crust on a pizza, but I would be interested in trying the fried crust that they offer (so unique! I've never seen that anywhere else!) and the traditional crust, too. As far as the parlor cheese pizza, it was only ok. Nothing insanely delicious and honestly just exactly what you might expect. But the other pizza we ordered with the toppings? So good! The Nashville hot chicken was perfect on a pizza. The roasted tomato was amazing. All of the flavors just combined beautifully! I've always been one to dip pizza in ranch on occasion, and this specialty pizza we created was so good with ranch. I was looking forward to trying the jalapeño ranch on the menu and we ordered a salad with our meal, so I was also going to be using the ranch from the salad to dip the pizza. Unfortunately the restaurant left the salad out of our order and I wasn't able to try it and had to settle for bottled dressing from the fridge for my pizza instead (and didn't get to try The House that Built Me salad!)... but when we called to let them know the salad wasn't included they were quick to refund our card with the cost of the salad. I like how this pizza restaurant has burgers, sandwiches, and brisket on their menu as well, and the desserts sound great! I'm planning on trying more, for sure.
Going to keep it short and sweet.. Arguably the best pizza place in Tennessee! #d0peshytAPPROVED I.G.@ D0peshyt #localfoodreviewer
First time visiting. Was very pleased. They have daily specials which was nice. We really enjoyed our food and will be back.
The food is good, even delicious, but the portions are, shall I say, European, for European prices. My guy said it's the food is so excellent he wanted more. He's the nice one. I said I'm American so I expect big portions. I didn't get the bun for the Yackety Stax so I almost couldn't find the patties. The beef is high quality and the sauce is yummy. The time but of caramelized onion wasn't cooked to sugared, but since there were few it was ok. The fries were basic yet they tasted good room temperature when I got home so that's a triumph. The broccolini is flavored well but it was rationed. The meat and potatoes fried pizza thankfully didn't taste fried. The ingredients were premium. So I guess I'm not as salty about the experience now that I've eaten since I am full and satisfied.
I've been here a few times and it's really good pizza. Everything I've ever ordered has been good. My only complaint is the online ordering when in the restaurant. The system isn't very good and cell service is spotty with subpar wifi available. I dine in to get waited on, not to mess with my phone and try to figure out how I'm supposed to place an order when the system isn't working. For that reason i docked a star. This place has 5 star potential but not until they fix that first.
